The Activity
- This activity will begin on 01 October 2011 and end at midnight GMT on 28 February 2012.
- This activity is only open to schools from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea or Japan. Schools must register via this website.

Competition Entries
- Entries must be submitted using the card upload form available on this site.
- Only 3 cards per class will be accepted. Please try to limit the size of each upload to maximum 2MB. File sizes above this may not be uploaded successfully.
- All entries must be correctly associated with the card designer's name and age via the upload form. Cards will automatically be attributed to the school and location associated with the password used during login. Responsibility for ensuring this information is correct lies with the school when they register and cannot be corrected by Cambridge ESOL later.
- All images entered must be the original work of the entrant.
- Schools may submit entries from more than one class; however individual classes may only enter a maximum of 3 cards each.
- Entries received after midnight GMT on 28 February 2012 or incomplete entries will not qualify for prizes (referring to the lucky dip for the most popular 100 cards).
- Cambridge ESOL reserves the right to disqualify any entry that Cambridge ESOL believes in its sole discretion to be in breach of these terms and conditions or otherwise inappropriate in any way.

Judging
- Judging will be undertaken by a panel of seven judges. (lucky dip from pool of 100 most popular cards)

Entries will be assessed based on the following criteria:
- Cambridge ESOL's decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The winners will be selected within one month of the close of the competition. Winners will be contacted via their school; no other entries will be acknowledged directly.
- Cambridge ESOL will make all reasonable endeavours to contact the winners within 7 days of selecting the winning entries. If a winner cannot be contacted within that time their prize shall be forfeited and Cambridge ESOL may select a new winning entry.

The Prize
- 100 Most popular cards will be selected at random

Each winning entry will receive: 1 x Cambridge ESOL monkey, subject to the following conditions:
- Prizes will be delivered via POST
- Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged by the winner for cash or credit or any other product.

General
- By submitting your entry you agree, if selected as the winner, to participate in all publicity reasonably requested by Cambridge ESOL including without limitation press, print and online publicity. Such publicity may include publication of both your name and photo.
- While the designer retains the copyright of all images submitted as competition entries, Cambridge ESOL reserve the right to unlimited use of all photos and card designs for publications such as newsletters, brochures, promotion and advertising on paper and in electronic format.
- You irrevocably and unconditionally waive all rights under Chapter IV of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
- Cambridge ESOL accepts no responsibility for any costs incurred by any entrant participating in this competition.
- Cambridge ESOL shall not be liable for any delay in, or for failure to perform, its obligations if that delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond its control.
- Cambridge ESOL reserves the right to postpone, extend or cancel the activity at its discretion.
- This activity shall be governed by the laws of England and subject to the jurisdiction of English Courts.
- This competition is run by Cambridge ESOL on behalf of the Chancellor, Masters and Scholars of the University of Cambridge.
